In the summer, the grave in which, according to the local people, bodies of over a dozen of Jews were buried, was unearthed in the presence of the Bochnia county doctor. They were caught by the police of the day while attempting to escape from the Brzesko ghetto to the Bochnia ghetto.[...] In total, 15 corpses were exhumed, including 7 women, 4 men and 4 children. The bodies were not identified (...) All the corpses were in a 1,5 m wide, 1,5 m long and 5 m deep mass grave.
They were not arranged in layers, but rather remained in the positions they were in when thrown into the pit. (...) The bodies were buried in the Jewish cemetery in Brzesko.
