Full Testimony	June 12, 1943: It was in the morning and everyone was still sleeping, when Gestapo from Ternopil arrived. Herman, the contractor, ordered Baudienst members to prepare 3 large ditches on the right side of the Jewish cemetery, and a small one for Judenrat. They started at 6AM and finished at about 1PM. Meanwhile, Gestapo took people from selected houses and led them to the town hall... Around noon they separated women, as they were more of them and they had not been taken to the camps, then men and at the very end, craftsmen who were held in Doctor Falk's house. All of this happened at around 5PM. In front of the cemetery all of them had to undress and thier clothes and undewear were collected and put onto wagons. At the cemetry, they had to come to the edge of the ditch and were killed with a shot in the head...About 1400 lost their lives that day.
