All Jews gathered in school, about 40 people, were herded to the sport field of "Sokół" group, at Kościuszki street. This time they were ordered to run; meanwhile Germans started to shoot. All of them, except for 2 people, were killed with a shot in the back of the head. [...] The bodies were buried in the sport field in one, shallow, mass grave. [...] In December 1939 or January 1940 all of the bodies were exhumed. [...] Jews from Trzebinia and those we did not recognize were buried in the Jewish cemetery in Trzebinia. Those from Chrzanów and Jaworzno were transported to the cemeteries in those towns. |
