| Full Testimony | [25 August 1942] On that day I lost all my relatives, only my wife and I survived. My children went in the transportation to Bełżec, my parents were killed on the spot in Baczków, 5 km away from Bochnia. There, in a mass grave lay about 800 people. A few months before, huge graves had been dug in the woods and people did not know why; they thought they were anti-air-raid ditches. Only after the action, it turned out that Germans had planned it and managed to prepare a mass grave early enough." |
