Full Testimony	[July 1942] All of them came and then they were taken by Germans to Piatydnie, and made to dig pits, supposedly for petrol [...] One Jew had managed to escape from Piatydnie before. He told us that Jews who came in trucks had to stand in line over the graves, which had been earlier dug by Germans from the ghetto, and then they were executed.
