Full Testimony	The Jews from Kupiczów were herded to synagogue in Jezierzany. Jews from Azrianow and surrounding villages were gathered there as well. 800 Jews altogether. People from 15 houses closest to the synagogue in one day. [...] On the sixth day of the month of Elul Ukrainians led the Jews out of the fenced area, they led them to the Sushybaba village. Near the Ukrainian cemetery, there was a ditch in the sandy soil. Jews were told to undress and lay on the ground in two lines next to the ditch. They were shot using machine guns. [...] many of them had dispersed. Many of them came back, surrendered to the Ukrainian authorities begging to be executed. They were shot on the nearby Jewish cemetery.
