Full Testimony	A week after Germans entered, they started to surround Jewish houses, women with children were driven out, the flats were sealed, and all the men and adolescent boys were executed in Ponary [...] Judenrat was completely powerless. If they intervened in any case, the whole Judenrat along with the chairman was taken to Ponary and executed. That is how the first Judenrat with Mr Trocki as the chairman died
