| העדות המלאה | [1943] Very few Jews remained in Rzeszów. Some of them (a few hundreds) were busy with an important job for Germans, as they worked in the aero-engines factory or other places nearby. With the end of work, the lives of those Jews also came to an end. They were driven to the nearby forest (near Głogów), forced to dig their own graves, get naked (it would be a pity for their clothes to go to waste), and finally were shot. The ones who worked in the aero-engine factory lived the longest. Nevertheless, even they were killed as soon as they could be replaced with a non-Jewish labour. They did not care about those who left anymore. Once the job was done they were taken outside the factory (it was located close to a forest on the so-called Lisia Góra), and shot like it was nothing |
