| העדות המלאה | Later on a truck arrived and as many people as would fit in it were transported to a forest in Siemakowice. Once there, they were ordered to go into a pavilion, strip naked and, in groups of 20, they were herded into a forest, where a pit 2x3 m and 5 m deep had been dug out. A board was stretched over the grave, a table with a machine gun and bottles of vodka placed in front of it, and Gestapo men were standing nearby. People, in groups of 20, would step on the board and the Gestapo man would pull the trigger. A series was fired and people would fall into the pit, some of them already dead, some only injured and some still alive. |
