| העדות המלאה | After a short period of time I was led with this group of people towards a Jewish cemetery. I was placed near the wall, and every 15 minutes new groups came and were placed in front of us. At noon, the cemetery was crowded with 15,000 people. We knew exactly why we were brought there, as we saw two massive graves prepared with machine guns above them. At 2 p.m. the execution began. We were crowded between those two graves, They were 10 m long, 5 m wide and 10 m deep. The execution was conducted as follows: 20 persons were chosen from the crowd, they had to undress themselves and jump into the grave. People would usually break their arms and legs, and then the machine gun would start to shoot, 2-3 times - it did not matter whether it hit or not, because people were suffocating one another. That is how the execution lasted till 6 p.m. |
